Borderlands 2 Release Date

It has been revealed today the official release date of Borderlands 2 is September 18th in America and September 21st everywhere else. It is available for pre order and if you do you will get a number of bonus items for the games including the Golden Key (to unlock a rare item in the Sanctuary Loot Chest), the Vault Hunter's Relic (to boost your gear-hunting fortune), and the Gearbox Gunpack (to deck your characters out with unique Gearbox Golden Guns). We also get treated to a brand new trailer from the guys at Gearbox as well.

Jurassic Park: The Game

I posted the trailer to this game a while back and earlier today I noticed the game is now available to pre order on Steam, and is due to be released 15th November. I am quite interested to see how this game turns out actually. Especially considering it is being developed by Telltale Games who are more accustom to the point and click adventures like Sam and Max. I kind of expect it to be at least some what of a shooter, I mean you in a world full of dinosaurs you have to shoot at least few of them down, no doubt there will be a lot of puzzle solving as it's what the Telltale games are renowned for. I will be looking at reviews closely on this one when it comes out in a couple of weeks. If you haven't seen anything of the game, it's at least worth a watch of the trailers to see what you think. Pre Ordering Borderlands 2, months in advance.

You can now pre order Borderlands 2 right now from Amazon and Gamestop according to the Borderlands 2 website. That's right in a time of global skintness you can waste 50 bucks, 60 if you go for a console copy (I cba to go google how much it is in GBP) on a game you won't be seeing until mid to late next year. $50 that could be spent on one of the many new and frankly awesome looking games that seem to be on the horizon, such as Rage, Deus Ex, Dead Island and other such titles I can't really think of off the top of my head but I know there is a few coming soon. I know I won't be pre ordering any time soon.

Pre Purchase The Baconing

The Baconing is now available to pre purchase on steam. Which I think I will be doing very shortly. It comes with 12 Steam Achievements and has a 20% discount for the time being making it £7.99. It will be £9.99 once the discount has gone. More than likely after its released. Anyway buy it. Buy it now... or at least when it comes out. Monsieur Deathspank needs your money to vanquish evil? Did you buy that? I'm gonna say you did.
